SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time on custom orders varies depending on the order. I will usually try to provide you with an estimated time on when to expect your order.

When ordering prints, please allow 3-5 business days to prepare for shipment.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of my control, but I will do my best to communicate all this with you so you know what to expect.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP

Free local delivery or pickup can be available with some coordination. If interested in local delivery/pickup, please contact me before making your purchase online so I can make sure you are not getting charged for the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available at this time. Please use the contact form to get in touch with me if you have any questions or email me at amberzghory@gmail.com.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Since most custom orders can take a few weeks to process, I usually try to give an estimate on when your order will be ready. I also sometimes send progress and updates on the order via email. Feel free to email me with any questions regarding your order at any time at amberzghory@gmail.com.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

I will be able to ship to a P.O. Box as long as I continue to use USPS for shipping which is what I normally do. In case you need me to ship via FedEx or UPS or another carrier, please keep in mind that I will not be able to ship to a P.O.Box.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

Since majority of my sales are custom, and unique to specific clients, I am unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of these items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at amberzghory@gmail.com with photos of the item’s condition. I will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
